 Fuldexa provides fulfillment, distribution, and authorized resale support as part of its logistics services. This page outlines the terms under which resale activity may occur and clarifies important boundaries regarding inventory ownership and authorization. 

Fuldexa does not automatically resell any products stored, fulfilled, or distributed through its facility.

Resale activity only occurs when:

• Explicit written authorization is provided by the inventory owner, and
• scope, terms, and conditions of resale are clearly defined and agreed upon by all parties.

Absent such authorization, no resale activity will take place.

All inventory stored at Fuldexa remains the property of the respective partner or inventory owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fuldexa does not claim ownership of partner inventory and does not assume resale rights unless expressly authorized.

When authorized resale is agreed upon, such activity is conducted:

• Under documented terms and conditions
• Within defined channels and parameters
• In accordance with partner-approved pricing, scope, and limitations

Authorized resale is designed to support inventory movement while respecting ownership, brand integrity, and partner control.
 

Partners are responsible for:

• Providing clear written authorization for any resale activity
• Defining applicable pricing, channels, and restrictions
• Ensuring resale permissions align with their contractual, regulatory, and brand obligations

Fuldexa operates resale services strictly within the boundaries of partner-provided authorization.

This disclaimer does not grant any third party rights or permissions.
Resale authorization applies only between Fuldexa and the authorized inventory owner under agreed terms.
